In 2013, the total amount spent for remuneration was 1,143,719,000 rubles; the total personnel expense was 1,327,884,000 rubles.

The minimum wage level27 of JSC Techsnabexport employees is RUR 35,000, which exceeds the minimum wage level in Moscow by more than 35%.

In 2013, the average wage at JSC Techsnabexport was RUR 192,574, which is three times the similar indicator in Moscow.

JSC Techsnabexport observes the principle of gender equality and non-discrimination; basic wages for men and women within the same grade are equal.
