The QMS of JSC Techsnabexport is the basis of the corporate management system. It was certified in 2008 as being compliant to requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2000, which relates to export-import operations with NFC products. The certification authority is the German TÜV THÜRINGEN. In 2009, the expanded monitoring audit resulted in a renewed certificate of compliance to the standard EN ISO 9001:2008, with an expanded QMS application scope regarding nuclear fuel cycle construction projects.
In December 2011, JSC Techsnabexport hosted a re-certification audit of QMS, which resulted in receiving a new Certificate for the management system DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 (№ 15 100 86053), granted by TÜV THÜRINGEN until the end of 2014.
In 2013, an annual monitoring audit of QMS was conducted.
An annual enquiry of foreign customer-companies is held to determine the degree of customer satisfaction (Service Quality Index, SQI), which is a key indicator of the Company’s performance.
As per the enquiry held in 2013 (24 questionnaires were processed), the total index of the Company’s customer satisfaction was 100%, which corresponded to the set quality targets for this indicator for 2013 (not less than 95%).
Some clients, including EDF (France), KHNP (the Republic of Korea), and KKL (Switzerland), stated that their satisfaction with the Company’s ability to meet its obligations under the export contracts exceeded their expectation indices in terms of certain criteria set in the reporting year.
